Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Lead Teachers: Assist Lead Teachers in creating a safe, warm, and inviting classroom environment that is clean and organized, ensuring the well-being and engagement of all students.
- Communication with Families: Communicate daily with families regarding student progress, needs, and achievements to foster a collaborative and supportive partnership.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage parent and community engagement, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Maintaining High-Quality Care: Adhere to all minimum licensing, quality-rated, and accreditation guidelines, as well as company standards, to ensure a high-quality standard of care for every child.
- Curriculum Implementation: Utilize our science-based, proprietary curriculum and suggested supplement activities to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs.
- Record Keeping: Assist with maintaining daily records, including attendance, child portfolios, USDA documentation, and other records required by local agencies.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with team members and leadership to achieve center goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement, contributing to the overall success of our educational community.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
