And frankly, that's what it takes to thrive here. **How You Will Make a Difference** As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service through various mediums, including: * Phone calls * Email * Live chat * Social media * Text messaging Your responsibilities will include: * Establishing customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy * Linking product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution * Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests * Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments **What's in it for You** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary * Discounts on arenaflex products * Comprehensive insurance coverage * A comprehensive 401K program * Paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging **Skills for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we're most interested in your total experience and professional achievements * Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software * Strong communication and listening skills * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work overtime as needed to meet demand/schedule * Fluency in a second language (English and Spanish preferred) **Performance and Attendance** Performance and attendance will be reviewed after six months of service, at which time you may be eligible for a promotion.
