You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust and loyalty. We're looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology * Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns * Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system * Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently * Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers * Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of customer service software and technology * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with other team members * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
