About the Role
As a Remote Beauty Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient
- Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and maintaining a high level of expertise in the beauty industry
- Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, utilizing our proprietary call center database (CSC) to document all client communications
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability
- Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals, communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations
- Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to customers
