About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. This is a full-time, remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a critical role in resolving order processing issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Advise and assist customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues
- Perform with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with attention to detail
- Learn the roles and parts that all of our different departments play at FortNine, and utilize that knowledge to best help our customers
- Provide sincere and genuinely helpful service to our customers, always striving to exceed their expectations
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment preferred
- Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Solid computer skills/experience, with excellent online research skills
- No powersports knowledge required, as we will provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you will continue to build and share
- Strong drive for progression, with a desire to succeed and grow professionally
- Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of the powersports industry, although not required, is an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
