**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting their orders. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
* Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
* Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen
* Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database
* Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
* Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
* Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
* High school degree or GED
* 1 year of previous customer service experience
* Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Clear oral communication skills
* Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
* Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
* Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port
* Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 1 year of previous call center experience
* Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

**Compensation and Benefits**

This role requires:
