Your role will involve: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns * Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
