Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
- Escalating/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- High School Diploma or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be over 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- 6 months customer service experience minimum: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred: While not required, experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to type 25 wpm: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfort with desktop computer system: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
- Proven oral & written communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Logical problem-solving skills: You must be able to think logically and solve problems effectively.
- Availability to work various shifts: You must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems: You must be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills: You must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Able to work independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment: You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective: You must be able to remain calm and objective, even in difficult situations.
- Strong listening skills: You must have excellent listening skills and be able to understand customer needs.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: You must have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required: You must provide proof of your internet speed.
