**Work Overview:**
As an Experienced Business Organizer, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with Sales and Income Management to execute bundling and pricing strategies, as defined by Income Management ratecards and rules
* Overseeing daily support of active deals and assembling media plans for Forthright and Dissipate deals
* Maintaining the pipeline in collaboration with your Outreach group
* Executing budget corrections, including gradual spend, improvements, makegoods, and abrogations
* Providing record and planning topic expertise on advertisers' specific preferences
* Teamwork with internal and external groups to achieve client needs and meet/surpass internal objectives
* Analyzing campaign delivery and allocating make-good stock
* Collaborating intimately with Record Management to execute campaigns, augment delivery against contracted objectives, and address client reporting needs
* Discussing directly with office contacts to address RFP expectations and impromptu demands
* Overseeing needs independently and successfully across multiple internal partners and books of business
**Responsibilities and Requirements of the Job:**
* Proposal and Contract Management
+ In assigned DAS systems, support a dedicated book(s) of business, handling the RFP cycle from proposal age to contract passage throughout risk fulfillment and contract conclusion.
* CUSTOMER SERVICE/External Partners
+ As one of different key contacts for external clients, provide customer service across the existence of the arrangement. Collaborate intimately with both the AM and Promotion Operations groups to ensure clean mission execution. Update office partners on delivery against contracted objectives, the requirement for unit changes "as booked" and address any client reporting needs.
* Bargain FUFILLMENT/Inward Partner
+ Applying business direction from internal constituents, particularly RYM, due to the RFP "inquire" across assigned Disney brands and business verticals, collaborate with internal divisions from Exploration to Answers for Traffic and Fund to ensure bargain favored taking care of/fulfillment. **Required Education, Experience/Abilities/Training:**
* 2+ years of professional experience; media sales planning and/or purchasing experience strongly preferred
* A passion to work in a collaborative Promotion Outreach group climate
* A positive attitude and approach while handling everyday tasks
* A capacity to really issue settle and perform multiple tasks
* Solid attention to detail and powerful organizational abilities
* Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
