**Job Summary**
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work under the direct supervision of a senior-level staff member and will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures. This is a full-time position, working from home, and offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
* Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
* Resolve all data entry-related issues.
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary.
* Resolve Out-of-Network claims by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual plan requirements.
* Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Out-of-Network claims.
* Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
* Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
