**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems, handling top-off orders, and investigating missing data.
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and rules to process new patient enrollment and resolve data entry-related issues.
* Communicating effectively with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
* Resolving external exceptions by investigating, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining a valid license or certification.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry.
* Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms.
* Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the state or a recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Advanced keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
