In this full-time remote position, you will work as a call center representative, handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information. You will also be responsible for handling outbound calls to prescribers, patients, and guarantors to resolve issues, obtain information, or acquire prior authorization.
