**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of our online community. Your primary duties will include:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server to ensure that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards
* Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
