**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Leading training sessions for retail, mid-market, and enterprise clients, both in groups and one-on-one, tailored to their unique needs, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to utilize arenaflex CRM.
* Collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific workflow processes and business objectives, providing customized guidance and valuable insights to help them fully leverage the platform.
* Continuously creating and refining educational materials for specific client personas, supporting onboarding procedures that foster long-term success and deep engagement with arenaflex CRM.
* Partnering with Sales and Onboarding teams to offer educational support, ensuring a consistent and seamless client experience, from onboarding to the entire lifecycle.
* Developing, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive library of educational materials within the arenaflex video library and assist center, ensuring clients have continuous access to cutting-edge and relevant resources that meet their needs.
* Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively resolving various forms of feedback, working with continuous training, and encouraging relationships that contribute to their overall success with the platform.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support, to hand-off client feedback and assist in driving upgrades in both client experience and product functionality, ensuring arenaflex continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
* 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B product education
* Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
* Willingness to work in a high-energy and collaborative environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, particularly through screen share, email, and phone
* Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
* Dependability, integrity, and a commitment to helping our clients
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**
* Experience with CRM software and its applications
* Familiarity with financial services industry trends and best practices
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction
