We are now seeking an experienced Concierge Customer Service Advocate III to join our team, where you will play a critical role in providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to complex customer inquiries.
This is a full-time, onsite position located at our Percival Rd location, with working hours ranging from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. As a Concierge Customer Service Advocate III, you will be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries via telephone, written, web, or walk-in channels. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide timely and effective resolutions to our customers' issues, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing actions to prevent future problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 2 years of customer service or claims processing experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree can be considered in lieu of work experience. You will also need to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
While not essential, we prefer candidates with 3 years of customer service or claims processing experience, an Associate Degree in any major, and the ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others. Knowledge of database software and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also desirable.
