Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the creative vision for our live experiences and immersive entertainment projects. You will work closely with our project makers and cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are innovative, engaging, and of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the project maker to develop, manage, and execute the creative vision for blithequark's live experiences and immersive entertainment projects
- Develop creative briefs and reference materials for outside dealers to communicate the design direction clearly at every working level
- Collaborate with the project lead to shepherd the design process during all stages, including commenting on design packages, setups, and outlines, redlining organizing meetings, depictions, drawings, or 3D models to give notes to outside design firms and sketchers
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative connective string to any additional workstreams, including Showing, Endeavors, Retail, Food and Drink, and Interest Creation
- Direct production stages by researching material sheets, visiting make carriers, and giving reference materials during production openers
- Be on-site to ensure creative integrity during the new development, installation, and programming stage
- Benchmark new and existing attractions, visit critical displays, and attend courses to stay on the cutting edge of innovation and new directions for our industry
- Lead the creative ideation process early concepting and configuration stages, along with inside and outside accessories; lead charrettes and studios depending on the situation to get new perspectives
Essential Qualifications
