**Job Summary**
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
**Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately capture and record customer information
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
**Key Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
