As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing call center-based product user support, training, and troubleshooting to clinical customers and patients on a range of market-leading healthcare solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have an exceptional experience, resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your strong communication and technical skills to provide tier 1 technical support and address customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat messages, and texts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience. You must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential, as well as knowledge of medical terminology (a plus). You must be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced call center environment, with strong computing and software skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
