We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team in Connecticut. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional support, and resolving complex issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of call center experience
* 6 months of customer service experience
* Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
* High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
* Quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
* Reside in the State of Connecticut
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or related industry
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
