About the Role

In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a customer care representative, you will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, with a base pay ranging from $31,200/year to $53,600/year, depending on the geographic market and your level of experience.
