**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while selling our innovative technology solutions. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and conduct yourself in a way that's consistent with arenaflex's values. Your passion for sales, customer service, and building lasting relationships will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Sell arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives.
* Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers.
* Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, adapting to changing customer needs and business requirements.
* Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers.
* Ability to retain knowledge, learning and memorizing product information and customer information.
* Attention to details, providing care and attention to every customer issue.
* Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, projecting a warm and friendly attitude while exhibiting professionalism and respect.
* Flexible and able to meet the needs of each customer, adapting and flexing to customer needs and business needs accordingly.
* Organization, multitasking with speed and accuracy.
* Problem-solving, ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service.
* Dedication, reliable track record in attendance and performance.
* Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time).
* Computer literacy, typing 25-35 words per minute and learning call center software.
* Passing hiring assessment, including soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge.
* Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications).
* Bilingual skills are a plus.
* Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
**Work at Home Requirements**
* Required to work in a distraction-free workplace and meet the company's ergonomic standards.
* Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed.
* Must have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed).
