- Determining net and gross amounts for refunds and processing financial adjustments accurately, working with suppliers and internal departments to secure reimbursements and reporting financial information to Accounting Operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to address complex customer issues, escalating when necessary, and evaluating situations to balance customer satisfaction with financial and operational impacts on blithequark.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, complying with all corporate and departmental policies and procedures, and actively participating in meetings related to assigned responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications for Success
