Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services, providing accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Assist customers through various channels, including chat, phone, and email, addressing inquiries about products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience through tailored solutions and strategic insights.
