- Answer customer payment and invoice questions, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with desired changes to their account, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Support arenaflex employees with questions and problems, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Provide a great customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive and memorable
- Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically, using your expertise and judgment to find solutions that benefit both the customer and arenaflex
- Maintain high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development
- Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, enabling you to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries
- Experience with ERP systems, providing you with a solid understanding of financial operations and processes
- Experience with Data Entry, ensuring that you can accurately and efficiently manage customer information and transactions
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional support and service excellence
- Excellent verbal and telephone skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
- The ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring that you can efficiently and effectively manage customer inquiries and transactions
