As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. If you're a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with all inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records, recording precise notes, and tagging tickets correctly * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's conflict, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment when needed, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution * Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs * Preparing product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information * Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Continuously meeting metrics on all required weekly stats and Simple Weekly Performance Review * Multitasking efficiently answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat simultaneously * Participating in regular team meetings **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Continually updated product knowledge and company process knowledge * A caring attitude, quality focus, and strong documentation skills * Strong listening and phone skills, with the ability to resolve conflict and analyze information * Ability to multitask efficiently and type 40-45 WPM * Experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Magento is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in a similar role at a company with a similar product or service offering * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Working Environment** As a remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your time between our arenaflex office and your personal space. Our team is collaborative and supportive, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins to ensure you feel connected and engaged. **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Regular sitting for long periods of time * Use of hands to handle ticketing systems and computers * Occasional standing, walking, and lifting/moving up to 10-25 lbs * Close and distance vision **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary range of $15.35 - $23.05, as well as a range of benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
