You'll be responsible for answering frequently asked questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries through our website chat widget, providing accurate and timely support
* Utilize a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex or escalated issues
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in written English, with excellent communication and writing skills
