1. **Personalized Tutoring**: 24/7 access to tutoring in any subject, anytime, and anywhere. Our platform offers various communication features, including text, voice notes, and a virtual whiteboard, to ensure students have an experience that suits their preferred learning style.
2. **Practice Center**: Engaging practice tools that support in-class and at-home academic practice in Math, English, Language, Arts, and Reading fluency.
3. **College and Career Readiness**: Resources that prepare students for life after high school, including academic planning, college and career readiness tools, work-based learning, and micro-credentials.
**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be part of our Professional Learning Team, responsible for promoting arenaflex's brand awareness and driving student adoption across the nation. You'll facilitate engaging sessions, lead workshops, and nurture relationships with key Paper champions and teachers. If you're a self-starter with a passion for education and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
* Lead workshops and informational sessions to build excitement and spread arenaflex brand awareness across district communities
* Facilitate teacher enablement trainings to educate teachers and administrators about arenaflex implementation at the classroom and site level
* Grow and nurture relationships with key arenaflex champions and teachers on the ground by providing them with the most up-to-date resources
* Help expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement
**Required Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
* Working knowledge of the K-12 education industry
* Laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes (developing slide decks, presenting to districts, communicating cross-functionally)
* Proficient in using Twitter and staying current on social media platforms and trends
* Outgoing individual with strong communication skills who is energized by engaging with customers, especially teacher and parent communities
* High energy and ability to build excitement with customers
* Self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience leading professional development within a district
* Experience leading virtual gamified events within a school district
**Location and Travel**
* Remote work arrangement
* Travel is not required
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time
* Ability to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel
* Mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel
