Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each customer.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of blithequark's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize our communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Identify trends and pain points in our customer experience, and proactively brainstorm solutions to improve the overall customer journey.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, navigating multiple tabs and windows with ease, and leveraging keyboard shortcuts to optimize productivity.

Compensation and Work Schedule
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 for this role. Our Customer Experience Advisors work a variety of shifts, which are determined by business needs and communicated during the interview process. We're available to support our customers every day, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT.
