**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to customers from all over the world. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver outstanding customer service through email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Utilize internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
* Identify and address customer pain points and trends, providing innovative solutions to optimize their experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**
* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
* A quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you can fulfill your shifts
* Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Availability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* A laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided
* Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
* Experience working from home or in a similar remote setting
* Familiarity with internal management systems and customer relationship management software
