Key Responsibilities

- Address billing inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a fair and transparent manner, providing clear explanations and solutions to our customers.
- Process disconnection and re-connection requests, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and that our customers are informed throughout the process.
- Enroll customers and resolve enrollment issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Initiate collection activity on past due accounts and process disconnection and re-connection requests, always adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Serve as a customer advocate, listening to their concerns, and providing personalized solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
