We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, building strong relationships, and creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
- Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish
- Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
- Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
- A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction
- The ability to listen to clients' needs, proposing tailored suggestions that result in high satisfaction
- To demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
