About the Role

- Assist clients with any questions or concerns regarding their subscription, product, and service, developing a deep expertise in our product and key differentiators
- Escalate critical cases and exceptions to the CX Supervisor for proper follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product, key differentiators, and the value it provides to our customers, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using email, phone, and/or chat
