**Job Summary**
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer onboarding and migration experience, collaborating with internal stakeholders, third parties, and managing various projects to ensure a smooth transition for customers. This role requires a unique blend of customer focus, project management, and effective communication skills to drive project success and enhance customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**
* **Customer Onboarding Expertise**: Own the customer onboarding/migration experience with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* **Project Management**: Focus on the implementation of regional/global projects using arenaflex project documents, ensuring timely completion and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
* **Project Handover and Readiness Assessments**: Complete project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams, guaranteeing a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
* **Work Breakdown Structure and Resource Allocation**: Design the work breakdown structure and define resources required for projects, ensuring effective allocation and minimizing delays.
* **Client Requirements Documentation**: Ensure all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams, guaranteeing accurate and timely execution.
* **Project Planning and Stakeholder Management**: Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders, and create a positive environment to drive partnership and project success.
* **Project Performance Management**: Manage project performance and communicate status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Ensure E2E testing is completed and documented successfully, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables and minimizing defects.
* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Determine project call structure and manage stakeholder calls, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* **Team Collaboration**: Contribute to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
**Requirements**
* **Travel Industry Experience**: Candidates with travel industry experience are preferred, but not required.
* **Relationship Building and Customer Service Skills**: Strong relationship building and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
* **Understanding of arenaflex and Corporate Travel**: Understanding of arenaflex and corporate travel is necessary for effective onboarding and migration.
* **Fast-Paced Matrix Environment**: Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones, with a positive attitude and ability to motivate project teams under pressure.
* **Business English**: Business English is mandatory; multi-lingual capability is advantageous.
