As a Customer Retention Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of our company. You will also provide policy maintenance support, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with blithequark.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers, answering questions about policy benefits and premiums, and accurately documenting information on our database. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing superior customer service to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain excellent organization and time management skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as customer service experience. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in the use of computers, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to type 30 words per minute. A pre-employment assessment will be required to ensure that you have the necessary skills for this role.
