Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time remote work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and are eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to patients in a professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
- Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
- Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
- Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged.
