Job Opportunity: Customer Service Agent Trainee
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent Trainee to join our team at our headquarters in Sils. As a trainee, you'll be part of our Kave Campus program, which offers a comprehensive development experience, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and acquire essential skills and competencies for your future career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, web, and other channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to transportation and product issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on product features, quality, technical support, and other related matters.
- Handle customer complaints and returns, tracking and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Currently enrolled as a university student or recent graduate in a related administrative field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach, result-oriented mindset, organizational abilities, and stress tolerance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional language skills highly valued.
- Ability to sign a curricular or extracurricular internship agreement with universities or educational institutions.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
