Key Responsibilities

• Registers sales on designated sales register, provides clients with respectful, fair, and efficient checkout service
• Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with products and services
• Resolves client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive client experience
• Models and shares customer support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a distinct and brilliant client experience
• Provides clients with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help
• Recommends items for sale to clients and suggests upsell as well as companion items
• Registers client purchases on appointed sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as needed
• Maintains counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes inventory, and keeps records
• Checks in and prices stock as required or as directed by head manager or communicated by the shift leader
• Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex is an asset
