**Job Summary**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers in our delivery stations. You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. **Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
* Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
