Key Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently
• Assembling orders and delivering food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Providing excellent verbal and written communication to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Working effectively as part of a team, assisting other team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to provide quick and friendly service to customers, working together as a team to ensure continuity of service
