We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates for blithequark Locker+ locations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our brand. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you will be expected to be flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you will need to be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and you will need to be able to go up and down stairs (where applicable).
