* Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
* Collaborate with the remote team to ensure seamless communication, training, and meetings
* Analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
* Handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
* Track multiple issues at the same time
* Troubleshoot software malfunctions
* Work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
