Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team, assisting managers in training and developing customer service representatives, answering inbound escalated calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and excellent support. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving complaints, and promoting an environment of customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits
