**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
* Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Possessing excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
* Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
* Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional applicant support and guidance.
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
* Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
* Technical savvy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
