Your Life as a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep at blithequark

In this essential full-time dispatching and CSR position, you will be the backbone of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and assessing customer needs
• Dispatching technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Fostering strong working relationships with customers through open and transparent communication
• Handling customer complaints with composure and providing solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
• Following up with customers to ensure resolutions were effective
• Completing administrative tasks, such as keeping records of customer interactions and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Engaging customers and taking the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed high school diploma
• Prior experience in customer support or client services (at least 2 years)
• Excellent dispatching skills and above-average phone handling and active listening skills
• Familiarity with working with CRM systems and practices
• A valid driver's license
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role in a related industry
