About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Chat and Call Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Managing order processing for customers using our proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and sales management via phone and email to address queries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to their concerns, and offering solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Working closely with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Processing purchase orders and managing inventory restocking to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and following up to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responding to pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate information, and executing contract maintenance as needed.
