As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, providing critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and re-verifying benefits.
• Assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system.
• Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
• Provide superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations.

Essential Qualifications
