Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit reliability: Participate and commit to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most.
• Handle a high volume of contacts: Manage an estimated 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced and highly structured environment with minimal downtime.
• Meet our superior performance bar: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in gathering client support efficiency metrics, and fulfill other duties as assigned.
• Professionally connect with clients: Build relationships with clients who reach out to us, working to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions.
• Listen effectively and show empathy: Actively listen to understand client concerns, leveraging internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue.
• De-escalate client concerns: Utilize your conflict resolution skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Issue tackle: Think systematically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts.
• Be educated and multitask: Navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions, with a strong foundation in computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs.
• Raise foundational issues: Identify areas where improvement is needed for arenaflex clients and offer suggestions to leadership, contributing to our continuous growth and development.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish. You should also have a strong foundation in working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent, and be willing to commit to our 100% mandatory training program.
