arenaflex is a leading provider of financial hardship programs, dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenging financial situations. As a key member of our Client Success Department, the Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our programs. This role is the caring voice of arenaflex, guiding clients from enrollment through graduation with a "second-to-none" work ethic and an upbeat, positive, and passionate attitude towards customer service. Our goal is to maintain a white glove service standard, and we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

About the Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will embark on a comprehensive four-week training program to become an expert in our financial hardship programs. Upon completing the training, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our clients. This role is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our call center operates 7 days a week, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00am-10:00pm CST, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-9:00pm CST. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required, as we strive to provide around-the-clock support to our clients.
