**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders and inquiries, provide product and solutions expertise, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
