Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. You should also have excellent customer service skills, the ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner, and foundational sales skills to upsell products and services to meet customer needs.
